This month, HOPE will discuss property tax foreclosure. If you, or someone you know, are going through a property tax foreclosure, you’re not alone. HOPE is here to help you. Discussion topics include:

-Resources and options for resolving property tax delinquency
-Hardship Exemptions
-Michigan Property Tax Poverty Exemptions
-Information on HUD Certified Housing Counseling Program Habitat HOPE and how our counselor can assist with finding and connecting with available resources, budgeting for repayment of property taxes, understanding the process of property tax foreclosure and helping you determine the options that may be available to you.
