Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County is excited to be hosting two
special Sponsored Corporate Playhouse Team Build Projects with
Meijer andLa-Z-Boy in September.
Habitat Monroe is looking for families with children who need a playhouse!
If your family is unable to purchase a playhouse for your child, apply now. We will be selecting several families to receive a customized playhouse free of charge!

2. Print the application and/or edit the pdf file utilizing your phone or computer.
3. Fill it in.
4. Submit it by mail, email, or fax:
