TICKETS We are limited to selling 100 tickets so we will make it available first to WLI members. If we have tickets remaining, we will open it up to non-members. Tickets are $25. if you wish NOT to attend but would like to bid on our silent auction items and raffles there is a “virtual” ticket available. Virtual Bidding Tickets are $15. There are no refunds for tickets purchased. If the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or state mandates, all ticket money will be considered a donation to Habitat..

LOCATION. Dundee Golf Club They have a nice covered patio – this is where we will display all of our auction items. Right in front of the patio is a large grass area where we will set up the tailgate with a golf cart parking area next to it (which will be cleared out) for the Trunk or Treat. Everything (besides bathrooms) is outside, but all very close and convenient so you don’t have to walk far to anything.
FOOD/DRINK. BYO FOOD. We ask that you please plan to bring your own food as we won’t have any provided. This helps with safety and social distancing and gives you the ability to eat what you like! There will be cash bar (beer and wine)
AUCTION. Silent auction items will be displayed but it is all mobile bidding. Live Auction will take place on the lawn with a live auctioneer. After you purchase your registration ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to download the GIVI app. This app will allow you to preview all the live and silent auction items. The preview for the auction items will begin September 8th and we will send you notifications as new items come in.
TAILGATE/TRUNK OR TREAT. We will be looking for 15-20 trunks to participate in decorating their trunk and passing out some sort of treat to the ladies.There is no formal seating area.
